Crochet Stitches
There are just a few simple stitches that you will need to know how to make an order to create this blanket pattern. Those main stitches are the chain stitch, the slip stitch and the half double crochet stitch.
Half Double Crochet. They have double crochet sticks in between a single crochet and a double crochet stitch. To make the stitch simply yarn over, then insert your hook into the next stitch, yarn over again and pull up a loop so that there are three loops on your hook. Yarn over one last time and pull through all three loops on your hook, to complete the half double crochet stitch.
Slip Stitch. A slip stitch is a small yet simple stitch. To make this stitch, insert your hook into the next stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, then pull that same loop through the first loop on your hook.
